1mango
1small pineapple
2kiwis
150gphysalis
2passion fruits
1organic lime
2tspcoconut chips
Instructions
Peel mango, cut the flesh from the stone, cut into cubes and place in a large salad bowl.
Peel kiwis, cut them into cubes and add them to the mango.
Remove the petals from physalis, cut the fruit in half and add to the salad bowl.
Peel pineapple, remove the stalk in the middle, cut it into cubes and add it to the other fruits.
Halve passion fruit, scoop out the inside and add it to the fruits.
Grate with a fine grater the green zest off lime, squeeze out the juice and add the zest and the juice to the fruits.
Mix all the ingredients well in the salad bowl.
Sprinkle the tropical fruit salad with coconut chips and serve.
Notes
You can add star fruit, dragon fruit, passion fruit and other exotic fruits to the fruit salad or leave out certain fruits.
You can sweeten the fruit salad with agave syrup, maple syrup or honey.
