Strawberry mascarpone dessert

- 300 g strawberries cleaned
- 250 g mascarpone cold
- 150 g quark cold
- 150 g cream cold
- 150 g cantuccini (almond cookies)
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
- Break cantuccini into pieces.
- Puree strawberries with lime juice and 10 g powdered sugar.
- Whip cream and 10 g powdered sugar until creamy, add 100 g mascarpone in portions and whip each time to a homogeneous cream.
- Whip the remaining 150 g mascarpone, quark and 20 g powdered sugar until creamy.
- Divide the mascarpone quark cream between 6 dessert cups, place the cantuccini pieces on top, pour the strawberry puree over them and top with the cream mascarpone cream. (I filled each cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle beforehand).
- Chill the strawberry mascarpone dessert for at least 2 hours. Decorate with strawberry halves, cantuccini and mint leaves before serving.
