Homemade vitamin water: this is how you do it
- You cut fruits, vegetables into pieces or take whole berries and put them into a water carafe, a pitcher or a drinking bottle. Alternatively, you can add herbs of your choice.
- Now pour the fruit mixture with water and let it steep for a few hours, preferably in the refrigerator. That’s it!

Ingredients
- 1 l water
- 70 g raspberries
- 50 g black currants
- 2 apricots pitted
- 1 peach pitted
- 1 nectarine pitted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
